"Unable to Load Manifest" dialog box on item #296

Describe the bug After publishing a record with a video file link, I continue to get the following dialog.

Additional context Confirmed on Firefox 124.0.1 and Chrome 123.0.6312.86 on Mac OS Sonoma 14.2.1
