Adjust Windows Pipeline for Correct JAVA_HOME #37

Fixes hipster-labs/jhipster-daily-builds#28

This adds support for the Windows Build in our Daily Builds. The JAVA_HOME needs to be removed as it's specific to Linux environments.

Close/Open for tests now that https://github.com/jhipster/generator-jhipster/pull/11140 is merged.

Tests seems to be failing still. Will investigate more.... :thinking:

Okay, now it passes. I noticed that there was a failure on ms-ngx-gateway-uaa before but now it's gone. If it reappears I'll look into it closely; but for now I think this is good to merge. :smile:
