enable neo4j daily build again #51

This enabled neo4j daily builds again. mvn verify/gradle check now works as expected

Need to merge the remaining PR, just rebased and waiting for the builds in the main generator. But the failing tests are unrelated (react e2e, looks like flaky ones)

yes ok, don't hesitate to merge it before tomorrow :)

about react, it's flaky since long time... too few contributions on this front. :(
