• Add documentation, initially with docstrings in the sklearn-format.

Most of the documentation for now lives under the pytorch branch. Will continue working on it as the pytorch branch progresses.

Is there enough docstring documentation to close this?

I think it's hard to say in a general way. We should go class by class and check. Perhaps there is something like a docstring linter to check for formatting errors?
