This is the place to discuss any issues or requests for v2.0 before I finish it up and tag it.

Still to do:

[ ] Finish writing tests for BelongsToTenants
[x] Document the breaking changes. Mostly class and method renames.
[ ] I'm thinking about including a default middleware, if I can think of a sane way to do it. Most of the questions I get about this package are where to call addTenant(). Any thoughts?
