Respect "Use [[Wikilinks]]" Setting #30

If the setting is off, Markdown links should be generated instead of Wikilinks.

Sorry, I'm not able to.

This is more if a feature request than a bug. I just wanted to report it since I don't use Wikilinks. It's not urgent. 🙂
