Give the current API I don't this would be all that easy

We would need to know the breakpoint, something we don't know for server rendering
There is no CSS so we don't have media queries (although we might be able to do some cool things with the new React style tag in v19)

This might be able to live in user land and do "code it twice, but only show 1". Or for client side only use cases they could utilize #7
