Hi, It appears Apple has disabled the persistence of the tweak in watchOS 7.3.
Here is some background info. I used this tweak ages ago (I believe in version 6.2.5 and was working perfectly) I updated my watch and phone many times, without problems or losing ECG. Only recently, when updating my apple watch (to ver 7.3) I seem to have lost access to ECG. Not sure of the reason but appears as if Apple has made changes in this version and I have lost my persistence.
