Add support for C-l (recenter-top-bottom) #43

Hi,

I am quite accustomed to using c-l to recenter the window as described in the emacs manual. I think it would be great if this could be added. Currently, the key combination seems to not be bound to anything.

Nevermind I see this is supported by keyboard-scroll extension
