自動送信モードで曲を選択すると同じNowPlayingツイートを２回連続で送信する。 #32

曲選択時にプレイバックステートが２回呼ばれるのが原因。

プレイバックステートのチェンジが２回呼ばれるのはどうしようもないっぽいので、自動送信後10秒間は自動送信が送られないようにした。
