UI stops with "already processing" message from failed name-register #31

Two failed name-preorder calls and one failed name-register call are on the history this account. Its been 48 hours so everything should be expired. When visiting the website it refuses to begin the process with a message of "A name purchase for your current account is already processing."

followup: under the Account menu item (/manage), a prompt came up with "Your registration has failed would you like to retry?" and that cleared something out where landing on the front page works again. I think this ticket is still valid, it just needs to say the landing page should do the same check as the /manage page.
