Update assets from Hiro to Leather

Now that Hiro Wallet has renamed to Leather, the library needs an update to the name and assets integrated into the Connect modal:

Name:

Leather

(Not "Leather Wallet")

Tagline:

Leather is the only Bitcoin wallet you need to tap into the emerging Bitcoin economy.

Should there be mention of (previously Hiro wallet) or similar?

It wouldn't hurt though also not strictly necessary since we'll inform visitors of the name change on the extension store page itself

Also (formerly Hiro Wallet) with capitalized "W" would be preferred 🙏

It appears during testing that the new logo asset is too big – should I open a new issue or can we reopen this one?
