fix: pass selected provider when not persisting selection

• connect-ui npm install @stacks/connect-ui@6.2.1-alpha.31c0272.0 --save-exact

• closes https://github.com/hirosystems/connect/issues/350
• fixing a bug I worked into the provider persistence for the showConnect method
• now works as expected, previously the non-persisting flow would default to old Connect behavior
