feat: add clarity version

• connect-react npm install @stacks/connect-react@22.5.1-alpha.3e8f85a.0 --save-exact
• connect-ui npm install @stacks/connect-ui@6.5.1-alpha.3e8f85a.0 --save-exact

• add clarity version param
• some minor fixes, to work with latest stacks.js
