integrate ordhook-js-sdk into the API indexing process

This will deprecate the current JSON payload indexing process in favor of including ordhook in the same container as the API, so indexing + ingestion happens at the same time and on the same machine.

Decreasing priority as ingestion is working as-is and there's some Rust work needed before this can be completed.
