Add crypto support for Win32 and OSX #1

This is from szymex's Areena plugin and it adds crypto support for Windows and OSX.

Thanks for the commit.

Have you tested that this works? To me it seems that this is missing the native code libraries (pyd-files). For example Crypto/Cipher/_AES.pyd is not found.

Looks like a lot of the .pyd files are missing. I'll have to check it again after I get home from work. You can copy subdirectories from
