HISCOM AGM discussion The original work on facets in ALA was an effort to standardise OZCAM and AVH requirements across the two products.

General discussion of whether a review of facets should be dealt with on an as required basis or in workshop. MAHC has prepared a document which they would like discussed with HISCOM. “From the MAHC March meeting: “Miles demonstrated how individual users or groups can build custom sets of filters, if there's a particular set of filters that are useful for your work (remembering that the filters can be used in the 'negative' - useful for showing 'poor quality' data that might be fixable) Postponed – Action: SAJ and AF to schedule workshop with two subcommittees at suitable time “

A workshop to be scheduled.

Bigger issue – how do we get general feedback from AVH users? User perspective. Alison and Aaron to discuss. This kind of user feedback is not part of the general ALA surveys.
