Correct title and URI for identification protocol vocabulary (currently has Identification Qualifier Vocabulary)

Plus, slight alternation to wording of concept descriptions?

BLAST: identification based on BLAST result(s) barcode: identification based on DNA barcode result(s) text: identification based on morphological comparison with electronic or printed text image: identification based on comparison with an image specimen: identification based on based on comparison with specimen(s)

We forgot to ratify the term, so that needs to happen first.

Also, I do not agree with splitting up `morphology' into different things: you tend to use them all at the same time.

This is not a term many people are going to bother with. Maybe just forget about it?

HISCOM 2016: term ratified and vocabulary approved as starting vocabulary.
