Evaluate all HISPID terms that are not in Darwin Core or ABCD #24

We need to evaluate all HISPID terms that are not in either Darwin Core or ABCD and either justify their use or discard them.

In principle, all terms used to convey specimen information should have equivalents in Darwin Core. Notable exceptions are the typified name (which we would like to see added to Darwin Core), collecting trip or expedition (#8) and collecting permit (#10).

Terms to convey information about herbarium interactions should have equivalents in ABCD. I believe that is already the case (actually, of course that is already the case).

This issue comes forth (sort of) from issue #9.
