Add an option to manually configure colors through config file #941

I just love pywal/wpgtk and htop is one of the apps that can't be styled with it because of hard coded color schemes. Weirdly enough noone yet requested such a feature? Since most things can be styled to our liking I wished htop would also have such a possibility.

If this is a wrong way to post feature request please delete or move to proper place.
