Case 1:
If in Medical History and Case Assessment program stage, IPT is initiated as Yes, then hide the IPT initiated and IPT start date data elements from the ART follow-up stage which gets created after the Medical History and Case Assessment program stage. The ART follow-up stage should only have IPT discontinuation shown for selection.
Case 2:
In case IPT initiation is done in any of the ART follow-up stage, then hide IPT initiation and IPT start date from the next ART follow-up stage. The next ART follow-up stage should only have IPT discontinuation shown for selection.
