I am having difficulty in setting the proper org unit structure to user orgUnit assignments in the dashboard. If a user is set at a lower orgUnit level (health facility), they are unable to view several types of charts.
Selection Mode: Select Organisation levels. Charts that explicitly utilize the HQ (country-level) orgUnit are not visible to users at lower levels.
Selection Mode: Select Organisation levels. Charts that are designed to utilize "user org units" and "user org sub-units." When this chart loads, it is blank, and the words "User Orgunit, User Orgunit Children" appear in the white space.
Selection Mode: Select Levels. If the chart is built by explicitly identifying the facility level in the selection mode, and if the user is assigned to the facility level, the chart is only visible if the layout is modified so that "organisation units" is moved from Report Filter into the Excluded Dimensions.
