Delete PITs queue message seem to not remove PITs from Neo

HTTP DELETE call from API queues the right delete messages on queue, PITs are deleted by Core from Elasticsearch, but stay in Neo graph.

Command using Histograph Import to delete ILVB source from Histograph:

node index.js --clear ilvb
