Elmira HF volunteer page reverted to Auburn's volunteer page after recent programming changes #271

Me neither apparently because Elmira's volunteer page looks correct. Sorry I should have checked first.

Oh wait, now I see it, on the volunteer page the text says "In the process, volunteers learn about Auburn and its people, buildings and institutions, and about the raw materials of historical inquiry." Oberlin's volunteer page has the same issue.

I think it's always been that way - no programming changes in that area. However I did fix the thing that went wrong when saving it, and changed the text to read "Oberlin" and not refer to The History Center. Also removed the CSS tab from the CMS because not good idea to have it here.
