RTFD docs not updated #6

I don't know why, but I've tried to build the docs out of this master repository, and the new replicate() method appears. As far as I can see, it's not on: https://py-couchdb.readthedocs.org/en/latest/api.html#server

I thought that the RTFD build was automagic via the "admin" settings. Do we need to do something special in the commits to get it built?

No, it really is something I do manually, only when the version increase.

RTFD update manually when uploading new version to PyPI.

And, I just uploaded the latest version with your changes and update the doc PyPI.
