Describe the bug AlmaLinux 8 GPG key has changed and the new key needs to be updated/imported. https://almalinux.org/blog/2023-12-20-almalinux-8-key-update/

How to reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. execute epicli init ... (with params)
2. edit config file
3. execute epicli apply ...
