Affiliate Count and Earnings

I get a bit angry here. The Affiliate count is not working again for a Month?? Also there are many "Earnings: 0 counts" Is it so hard to fix this issue?

no it is not! HitBtc is company is totally useless i would not spend any efforts on them! The Affiliate Programm at HitBTC is not working and not paying!
