HitBtc- 2FA codes and backup codes are not working - Ticket # 293459 #180

Hello,

Very recently I was enabled 2FA authentication for additional security, after that I am not able to login as I am getting code is incorrect or expired while entering authentication code. I have tried with backup code and the result is same. Already I tried to sync date and time in my iPhone and it doesn’t help.

Submitted ticket Id #293459, provided all required information and got the below response from support team.

Keep on sending mails for status and NO response since last week

Please assist me to removal 2FA on my account.

The 2FA removal procedure is associated with high risk and requires full confidence that we are doing it upon request of the legitimate owner of an account.

We will update the ticket as soon as 2FA is removed from your account.
