Cancelling an order by ID does not work #195

Hi! There seems to be a bug in cancel order by DELETE /api/2/order/{clientOrderId}. In responce we receive order with status "open". And order is still active after this.

@vnikolaich , could you please provide your user ID to our support center (https://support.hitbtc.com/hc/en-us), and sent us the number of your ticket from support? We will investigate this issue and go back to you with the results
