2FA and codes not working #251

In 2018 I enabled 2FA authentication for additional security, after that now I am not able to login as while entering backup code, it says wrong code or expired.

Submitted ticket Id #632129, provided all required information but got no response from support team.

Keep on sending mails for status and NO response since last week

Please assist me to removal 2FA on my account.

Same story, Ticket # 816465. It looks like they are just stealing money from accounts that have lost access.

Three months after uploading my passports, they ask to upload both sides of my passport, not scanned version. Also, they expect me remember transaction hashes three years ago. They are just stealing money.

I can't believe anybody associated with cryptocurrencies would lend any credence to the criminal organization, HitBTC! For instance, TradingView charts some rare coins that might be on HitBTC but are not. Everyone associated with crypto needs to help get the word out, "HitBTC is a SCAM!"
