HitBTC will not allow me to withdraw my funds #253

Hi,I am a new user with HitBTC and after recently signing up to their platform deposited a small amount of BTC to buy some BTX(Bitcore) but after several attempts to withdraw it to my blockchain qt wallet it shows a red X mark or error.

I have completed 2FA and whitelisted the address to be sent to but it still has not worked and there is no reply from support apart from an automated response telling me that the issue has being resolved while clearly it has not been resolved.

Where is the support team and is this a legitimate exchange?

I'm also trying to reach HitBTC support, but without luck. I'm starting to think they are SCAM.

Did you fill out KYC? It is asking me to do this now so I have just submitted my info but it is still pending.I think once your account value goes over 1k it automatically starts asking for this but it is a very sneaky and unethical way to do business.I have since seen countless complaints about this exchange and if it wasn't for the fact my funds have basically been held to ransom by them I wouldn't be submitting my data on to their servers because if their business practices are so poor how can anybody expect their data to be safe? I work in law enforcement and only do this as a hobby but I will personally make any attempts to defraud me into a pet project if this happens.

Yes, I feel the same. The strange thing is that no-one can reach their support. I think I'll withdraw all my coins from their exchange.

I hope you are able to withdraw them without encountering the issues I am facing.

I have successfully withdrawn some altcoins to my wallet so issue has now been resolved.
