Add resistances to equipment

Added functionality to shift-click equipment die to increase it one step in cases of Critical Success.

I thought it would be nice to have resistances on equipment and so I completed the partial work on it. This only shows for Kill or Mend items currently.

Added a display of the resistance type when appropriate to the preview as well as a tag icon.

Increased max stress boxes to 12 on a given resistance. From my understanding that's the cap before you are guaranteed to take fallout and clear it.

Added a total stress display as well as editable text boxes for stress values. Probably maybe needs to be adjusted in the style department.

With the addition of the Release Notes on this I consider this PR complete. I have used this build in my weekly game twice now and encountered no issues.
