Numeric Keypad cannot be used to enter numbers #37

There must (hopefully) be a way to configure the machine to accept input from 
the numeric keyboard in the Traffic count inputs

On my dev MacBook, there is no numeric keypad. This will have to be tested 
against a Windows machine with a keypad in order to rule out a hardware/browser 
issue with the machine John was testing this on.

After searching the forums, this appears to be a VirtualBox issue, not a GWT 
issue.

This post has two users who fixes the issue:

As a fix, I am installing the recommended software (scim-bridge-client-qt) on 
Ubuntu in the virtual machine. This will need to be tested on a Windows host 
machine.
