Name road message boxes appear twice

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.When you trace a new road and double click on the last point, a message box 
appears to name the road. If you enter a name and hit Enter a second message 
box appears (different one) to name the road. If however you click in the name 
field

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
