Add message to user when GPS import fails and more flexibility on NMEA sentences #60

We need to add very specific information to the user on why the file
he is trying to import does not work, otherwise he will go mad trying
to guess how to set the logger correctly. If he has it set wrong and
has done a lot of data collection he will be really pissed-off.
There are so many different NMEA settings, and most put the $GPGGA
sentence before $GPRMC

The issue of setting the logger should really be a documentation issue.

As for the import failing because of bad NMEA sentences (ie, non GPRMC 
sentences), a fix is being checked in to alleviate this "invisible error" 
concern
