There is a major error in the calculation of road length.
If I draw a section of Winneba Rd and assign it, by itself to a tag (in this
case 100414106, the Analysis road length by tag should give the length of this
road. TAMT shows this to be 914.768 KM. However if I draw the same line in
google earth, googles measurement tool shows it to be 2.969 km.
