Ability to remove points with the polygon or line tool #77

Both the polygon and line tools add handles as necessary to allow the line or 
shape to be conformed to the map, but there is no way of removing handles. This 
would be very useful particularly when a study area is reduced and simplified 
since you can end up with an excess of handles that compliate the region
