Help command enhancement #10

Currently, the help command replies with a very simple and plain message.

Make it look better with Discord MessageEmbed.
Add a link to this repo as the final point in the help message mentioning that this is an open-source project.
Add a point in the "!help" reply - if someone wishes to ask for a feature create a GitHub issue on the repository.

@hitenSharm , I installed the required dependencies. Also, the node and discordjs version are present as required. While running the project, I faced this error.

I think you haven't set the Tenor API key

Can you please clarify what should be the names of the environment variables for API Keys?

Take a look at the fillGifs.js in bot functions folder.

Should I create the Embed object within the help.js file, or create a different folder to hold all the Embeds (in case, more embeds are added in the future)?

Also, can you please provide the default image (if any) to be used in the bot ? For now, the message looks like

No need to create an Embed Object file. The image link to use
