adding feature #1

hey! I have written a basic code in python which helps the people in booking tickets of train. I want someone to add feature of cancelling ticket to it. seat that is cancelled should be added to remaining seats. The code which I have written is very basic and expect that from the contributor too. My aim is make small beginner projects to promote coding among children .add the code in seat booking file. BEST OF LUCK.
