Unable to initialize plugin 'PyWATER' #8

Hello, I am currently working on identification of conserved water molecules in proteins and was using DS Visualizer. I now have installed PyMol and also PyWATER. Unfortunately, the PyMol console reads "Unable to initialize plugin 'pywater' (pmg_tk.startup.pywater)". Kindly help me on this issue. And also, is it possible to view the hydrogen bonds using this plugin. pywater

You need to install scipy package.
