Missing .inc files. #1

The missing .inc files so far include passthru_vs30.inc, and sun_shafts_ps30.inc.

If you recompile those shaders you should get inc files exported. If not let me know and I can try and correct it on my end.

Since the shaders recompiling is a last task. Let me know if when recompile will done, I will fix some more bugs in actual game code and we will have a stable build based on source 2013.
