provide interoperability instances (standards) #14

Right now, semantic, and the other interoperabilities are instances of Interoperability but according to @maghalandari those should themselves be classes and have their own instances like HL7. @maghalandari @FranziskaJahn Please provide those instances to me.

Those should be subclasses.

HPRIM "Harmoniser et PRomouvoir l'Informatique Médicale" is a syntactic interoperability standard.
