Hello, good work on the HAPI!

Would it be possible to provide this library on the PYPI platform? This will make it much easier to download and maintain the local copy of the library.

We have added HAPI to the Python Package Index as hitran-api. Please let know if you'll experience any problems in installing it through pip.
