Charts don't support unicode Nepali characters. #145

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a sample chart
2. Replace the date 2008, say, with २०१०
3. Run the code

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want to see the UTF-8 characters, but the last used values are seen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version, Windows 7, Firefox 24.

Please provide any additional information below.
Issue is about Bar Chart.
