Combo Chart: calculation of bar width and position incorrect, all series are treated as bars (changed since approx. 2013-11-27) #148

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. invert 'bars' and 'line' in the example combo chart in the playground.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: bars displayed in available space. Instead: small bars appear as if 
all series were bars (also positioned that way).

Remark: when the bars series start from index 0 and are consecutive (ie index 
0, 1 and 2), the calculations are still correct.
