What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Opening chart web page.

What is the expected output?
Showing the chart asked with data send to it.
What do you see instead?
Red error message saying that something failed to draw or has no method.
What version of the product are you using?
On what operating system?
Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 8.
Please provide any additional information below.
Basically, we using "google.visualization" to create dashboard and graph for
our administration. Since a week, we received this type of error frequently on
different computer and the chart can be loaded (See attached file "Our site
error"). Nothing have change in the data and structure.
In my search for a solution, I have reproduce the error in the Code Playground.

It's that something we need to change to avoid this problem.
