Adds upgrade script to keep an application in sync with the helper #199

Attached is an update script to run on an application when new changes are 
pushed to the helper.

I know this project is deprecated but I've had a lot of trouble porting my 
helper-based app over to django-nonrel so I might be using helper for a while.
