Feature Request: Annotation to enable a mouseover tooltip #343

I would like to see a tooltip annotation added to the Robot API, so we can 
generate tooltips when inserting, appending, or otherwise manipulating text 
in a blip.

Could this be done with a gadget that sets up a CSS style class that includes a 
hover 
element?

@barr.jeff: Sadly, gadgets currently can't be inline and so take up a whole 
line width 
below and so split the text up.  That separate issue about inline gadgets has 
already 
been acknowledged though. =)

Plus, gadgets exist in their own IFrame and so CSS styles set there are 
separate from 
the blip's.
