Provide way for developers to trigger full-screen lightboxes

Please allow inline pop-ups from the google gadget api for image
enlargement. Or disabled the pop-up blocker in google chrome browser for
domain wave.google.com.

What code are you using to trigger these pop-ups?

Every pop-up will be blocke. i´m useing: 
http://www.clientcide.com/docs/Browser/Popup
But this will be also blocked by chrome browser:
http://de.selfhtml.org/javascript/objekte/window.htm#open

It would be very nice, if i can open "inline" pop-ups from a gadgets context. 
Like
the pop-up that appears when i drag an image inside a wave and than click on it.
