Unable to append blip if an inline reply is attached at the end of the blip

Inline replies seem to affect the ability to append text to a blip differently 
depending on where 
they are located in a blip. 

* If a inline reply is inserted in the middle of the blip, then additional text 
can be added to the 
original blip below the inline reply.

* If the inline reply is inserted at the end of the blip, then when you edit 
the original blip, you 
can't add any text below the in inline reply. 
In a collaborative docuement, I have often want to append information to the 
original document 
as result of the information or question in the inline blip. And I want to do 
it after the blip to 
maintain context.

The ability to add text to the original blip should not be affected by inline 
replies (or any reply).
